Joe Wicks tells Loose Women about his new exercise-based children’s book The Burpees Bear [Video]

Fitness expert Joe Wicks appeared as a Loose Women guest to discuss his new children's book, The Burpee Bears.

Speaking to panelists Ruth Langsford, Coleen Nolan, Carol McGiffin and Linda Robson, the 36-year-old exercise guru said: "Essentially it's a book about all the things that I believe in around exercise and movement and improving your mental health, and also coming together as a family – cooking together and exercising and going on an adventure.

"I really believe in all those things, so it's everything I love and believe in a children's picture book."

Despite having released a series of best-selling cookery and exercise books in the past, Wicks admitted to not having considered writing for children until now.
