INSOMNIA RELIEF [Fall Asleep Fast] – Binaural Beats Sleep Music [Video]

INSOMNIA RELIEF [Fall Asleep Fast] – Binaural Beats Sleep Music

Welcome to “Insomnia relief music” with binaural beats to fall asleep fast and easy.
This track is also ideal as sleep meditation music or as lucid dream music.

I have used ASMR triggers and binaural beats @3,8Hz in this composition. Delta brainwaves are known to help beat insomnia and anxiety, and help us have a full night of healing deep sleep.

#insomniarelief, #ASMR, #sleeptube,

Binaural Beats have shown to reduce levels of stress and anxiety.
The Binaural Beat frequencies may affect brainwaves – a process called “entrainment”.
Examples of entrainment are gently rocking a baby to sleep, or falling asleep in a moving train.
Nowadays many people use entrainment for relaxation, sleep or meditation purposes.

When the VA thought I might have sleep apnea, they arranged for me to have a home sleep study test. They sent me this kit from WatchPAT. It was the easiest, most simple device I've used in a very long time. This video first tells you how I used the machine, then I have included screenshots from the WatchPAT APP showing the step-by-step process to use this device. It was not uncomfortable to wear at all, and the next morning it quickly uploaded the data to their server and I guess VA had the completed report in 2 days, since they called me to set up a follow up appointment - which will be in October, but that' ok by me.The music in this video I purchased a license from POND5:Riding My Motorcycle by WAVEBRIGADE

Eugen Bleuler expanded our understanding of schizophrenia by introducing the 4 As: Alogia, Autism, Affective blunting and Ambivalence. These 4 As are now called negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Positive symptoms refer to delusions, hallucinations and disorganized thinking or behavior. WANT TO START IN THERAPY?
