Stick this all in the pot and heat gently on a low temperature until the oats have broken down into a creamy texture:

1/tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1table spoon ground flaxseed
1table spoon Chia seed
1table spoon of date sugar
50g of organic porridge oats
250ml of oat or rice milk
1/2 cup of black berries
1/2 cup of berries of choice like blueberries or strawberries
