Disney Channels Meg Donnelly Opens Up About Mental Health [Video]

Meg Donnelly, known for her role as Addison in Disney Channel’s Zombies, is opening up about her mental health and anxiety to help inspire others who may be struggling, too.

In case you weren’t aware, 1 in 5 young Americans struggle with mental health or learning disorder and today 5 in 5 are facing increased anxiety, fear, and uncertainty because of the pandemic, according to Child Mind Institute. Now, celebrities are coming together to try and help bring awareness, including Meg Donnelly from Disney Channel’s Original Movie, Zombies.

“I am trying to be more open about my anxiety and panic attack journey,” Donnelly said in her recent video. “I mean, it’s such a prevalent thing that happens in my life all the time, and I’ve been so nervous and ashamed of it my whole life.”
